The Pensus Group is very pleased to announce that we have signed the concession contract with Reclamation and we are officially the new operator for concession sites previously known as Putah Creek, Lake Berryessa Marina, Spanish Flat, Rancho Monticello, Steele Park and Markley Cove.
We know you are all very anxious to hear any news regarding development plans, employment, camping and RV sites and boat launch and storage.
We are now accepting RV and camping reservations for the 2010 season. Please submit your reservations as soon as possible using the Reservations icon below. You may also call 707-966-9088 to make a reservation.
Below is a summary of the services to be provided this season. Thank you for your patience and please continue to check this site for updates.

Due to the very limited time available, operations for the 2010 season will be minimal. There will be no power, water or sewer services for the RV and camp sites. Porta potties and portable hand washing units will be provided. There will be no BBQs or picnic tables available. Campers will be permitted to bring self-contained BBQs. This year we are planning to operate at two locations and hope to be able to provide the following services and amenities.
We are a pet friendly campsite but please make sure to clean up after your pets.
There is a maximum of 1 vehicle per site per the CalFire Fire Code. The fire truck must be able to access all sites. There is overflow parking provided and a $5 per night charge for each additional vehicle.
If you have a boat you will be able to launch the boat and tie it to the shoreline close to your campsite for the duration of your stay.
We do not take reservations for specific sites but you will be able to choose your site(s) upon your arrival. Full payment will also be taken upon your arrival. We accept cash, checks and all major credit cards.
A 2010 Season Launch Pass is also currently available for $225 (plus tax). It is good through 12/31/2010 and will be honored at both Chaparral Cove and Lupine Shores. This pass may be purchased at either location using cash or credit card.
